What is the delivery time for my order?

The average delivery time is between 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, which allows us to offer competitive prices by saving on storage and shipping costs.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

Due to high demand for our products, delivery may occasionally be delayed. If the expected waiting period has passed and your parcel has still not arrived, please contact us at contact@elaraskin.com. We will investigate the status of your shipment immediately.

How can I return a product?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@elaraskin.com. Please provide your full name, order number (e.g., #0000), and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and further details regarding the procedure.

Who bears the cost of returns?

The costs of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. The exact costs depend on the carrier you choose. We recommend checking the price list on the website of your preferred courier service.

What are the conditions for returning products?

You have 14 days to return a product from the day you receive it. The conditions for a return are:

  • The product has not been used.

  • The product is in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • The 14-day return window has not been exceeded.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure digital payment methods. All transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment systems.

I haven’t received an order confirmation – what should I do?

If you have not received an order confirmation email, please contact us with your full name and email address at contact@elaraskin.com. We will check our system and resend the confirmation to you.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at contact@elaraskin.com, providing your full name, order number (e.g., #0000), and, if possible, the reason for cancellation. Please note that once an order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
